Re-align with Your Business

The 🔑 to SUCCESS

We’re all looking for it. But you may be looking in the wrong direction 🧐😬! We here at CCC have a confession to make... we’ve recently realized how necessary it is to re-align with our core values on a regular basis. For us that looks like:

Faith ⛪️🧎‍♀️🙏 - Putting our faith in the Lord and remembering all that we do should be done for His honor and glory.

Hard work 👩‍💻 - Putting in the work to glorify God and maintain our business with dignity and diligence.

Provide 🤲 - Not only follow through with what we’ve promised, but to provide as much value to our customers as we are able.

Valuing OUR people 💗 - Showing love and appreciation to those who support our business.

It’s not that we’ve veered off these principles, but we have been humbled by reminders of how important it is to remember why we’re doing what we’re doing and what kind of business we’ve been led to create 🥰. With this in mind, we’ve decided to share some tips for maintaining a successful business with 🙌 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐆𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘 🙌 whether you are a ✝️ Christian-based business or not:

𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐲.

Do all that you do in a truthful, sincere and genuine way. BE a leader that you can be proud of.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭.

Always showing appreciation and consideration for the people in and around your business. This means showing respect to your team, your customers, your business itself and even your “competitors”.

𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

Focus on the quality of work and services you provide. Always circle back to your moral code and core values.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.

Whether you know it or not, as a coach, no matter how many people are in your group or follow you, you are an influencer. People are looking to YOU for example. Be the example that you would want.

❓Here are some questions to consider when you’re feeling a little “off” in your business:

- Am I regularly contributing to my main objective?

- Will this be beneficial to my customers/audience?

- Does this XYZ (conversation, SM post, project, etc.) align with the morals and values I have build my business on?
