💦 What you water will grow 🌱🪴🌳

Updated: Aug 23, 2021

"Water what you want to grow." "The grass is greener where you water it." "You reap what you sow." Have you ever heard any of these sayings before? It sounds kinda simple, doesn't it? Pay more attention to the things you want and cultivate them in order to see success!

What helps you succeed in your business? What brings in the most revenue to your business? What is the #1 thing you need to help it grow??

CUSTOMERS, right?! How do you get more customers?! By nurturing relationships with them! CARE for your customers and they will keep coming back to you. Keep watering by planting positivity and value. Here are the top customer needs to attend to:👇

🧘‍♀️ Care for their wellness.

😣 Care about their struggles.

🔥 Care about their results.

🙌 Care for their success.

Spending more time 1:1 with your customers and the coaches on your team and showing them that you’re invested in their success will feed your bottom line 📈! Take the intentional time to build up those relationships. Only then will you see all your hard work take root and your business flourish.

Here are some ways to help build those better relationships: #1. Don't make them wait and wonder. Be prompt in your replies and let them know you're making an effort to get back to their questions. This shows they are important to you and you want to talk to them! #2. Get personal (but not too personal 🙃) when chatting with them. Stop the generic, copy-pasted "hey girl!" replies. Always address them by their name, ask them a genuine question about how they're doing and talk to them as you would a friend wanting to help. #3. Get them involved! Ask your challengers and team for a testimonial or to share their story. Maybe they just reached a milestone goal in their fitness or business and ask them if you can feature it on your page or group.

#4. Get on their socials! Nothing better than boosting their confidence and letting them know you're paying attention than to like & love on their posts. Leave comments with encouragement and praise. Engage, engage, engage! #5. Embrace empathy. You can't foster good relationships if you're not able to put yourself in their shoes and tap into their emotions and what they're struggling with. Ask yourself, "Why do they need me in this situation? What can I do to help?"

"Instead of each person watching out for their own good, watch out for what is better for others." - Philippians 2:4

"Generous persons will prosper; those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed." - Proverbs 11:25

"Give, and it will be given to you. A good portion — packed down, firmly shaken, and overflowing — will fall into your lap. The portion you give will determine the portion you receive in return." - Luke 6:38

"So continue encouraging each other and building each other up, just like you are doing already." - 1 Thessalonians 5:11
