Have you ever heard of the term Attraction Marketing? ๐
โจ Attraction marketing โจ is a strategy where customers are attracted to purchase something without being told to do so. It's a way to show customers the desirability of the product or service you are selling. You're not selling it, you're just letting them see how good it is. ๐คฉ
This can be a game changing strategy and one of the best ways to connect with your tribe to build your team. You won't have to chase people around and sell to them (which no one likes anyways!), you will attract the right ones to come to you. ๐๐ฅฐ
A great way to do this is to tell your story as if you are talking to a best friend. And you have to share it over and over again. ๐ญ Be real, be personal and genuinely connect. If you want to find people who are already motivated - speak to those people. ๐ฃ Don't speak to people who you NEED to motivate. If you want to find people who are as driven as you - speak to those people. ๐ฃ Don't speak to people who you NEED to help get driven.
People also want to know that you care about THEM first, not about their money or trying to make a sale. Ask them more questions than they ask you. This is a people business. Make your business about people. Focus on people. Have conversations with people. Build relationships with people. Everything else will follow. ๐โโ๏ธ
Things to consider as youโre seeking out YOUR tribe:

Be open about sharing your day-to-day successes, struggles, how itโs benefitted you, things you've learned & how youโve grown through it. Be real and provide an accurate depiction of what itโs like to be a coach. Be honest about the experience and what it takes.

When a new coach signs up, ask what their goals are. If their goal is just to get a discount or if they truly have the desire to build a business and quit their 9-5. Both are valuable, but you want to be careful of spending too much time investing in coaches who simply donโt want what you want.

Building a team you love is NOT about attracting ALL people, itโs about attracting YOUR people. Write down a list of characteristics of your dream โunicornโ coaches. Brand yourself to truthfully represent you. Donโt be afraid to ask for EXACTLY the kind of person youโre looking for

Educate yourself so that you can provide valuable tips & guidance. Invest in helping with their success. Equip yourself with resources to help your team. Provide them value just as you would your customers & potential customers. The more you give, the more youโll receive.

Do you want coaches who are willing to put in the work? Coaches who are passionate about health & fitness, helping people & building a business? First, youโll have to BE that coach. If someone is ready to put in the work to build a business, theyโre looking for a coach who is doing the same.
